Who are Stenstrup Valve?

Stenstrup Valve was founded in 2014 in the small town of Stenstrup on the island of Funen, Denmark. There, the company began producing rotary valves for the industry, driven by a clear ambition: to deliver a high-quality product to the industry that could withstand years of hard wear and daily use.

In 2019, NWT ApS took over Stenstrup Valve and all of the company's activities. As part of this transition, production moved to North Jutland, where the company is now based in Klarup, Denmark. Although the address changed, Stenstrup Valve continues producing rotary valves under the same name - and with the same commitment to quality the company was founded on.

Quality and Innovation
For us, quality and innovation aren't just words - they're a vital part of everything we do. That's why we've chosen to have both technical designers and blacksmiths under one roof. This combination ensures that every single rotary valve and airlock is designed and manufactured precisely to the customer's required dimensions and specifications - and in exactly the material best suited to the task.

Whether it's stainless steel, structural steel, or cast iron, we work with high-grade materials capable of withstanding demanding industrial environments and aggressive or highly abrasive products.

Trained and Certified Personnel
Our expertise also extends to specialized welding technology. We are WPQR/WPS-certified in laser welding, which allows us to deliver a level of precision and finish that's difficult to achieve with traditional welding methods. Laser welding in particular means we can offer rotary valves with a surface finish especially well suited to industries with high hygiene requirements, where cleanliness and bacteria-free surfaces are essential.

Quality is also something we pursue systematically. Stenstrup Valve is in the process of becoming ISO 9001 certified, and we are additionally working through the certification process for ISO 80079-34 (ATEX), which we expect to achieve going forward. This is another step in our ongoing work to document and continuously improve the quality of our products and processes.

We maintain a flat organizational structure, in which the company's three owners are just as involved in day-to-day production as the rest of the team. This close connection to the shop floor ensures that Stenstrup Valve's rotary valves - and the way we work - continue to live up to the values the company was founded on: innovation, high quality, and solid craftsmanship you can rely on for years to come.

Low maintainance, robust and structural rotary valves

The safe choice for pharma, food and chemicals

At Stenstrup Valve, in addition to standard welding methods such as TIG and MAG, we also offer laser welding. We are WPQR/WPS-certified, which means our laser welding meets high standards, allowing our drop-through valves and blow-through valves to also be used by industries with strict hygiene requirements, such as the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Airlocks and rotary valves for pneumatic transport

We offer many different types of rotor blades for our rotary valves, including steel edges, Vulkollan, tungsten, rubber, stainless steel, and more. This means you'll have a solution tailored to exactly your pneumatic conveying system, whether it involves vacuum or pressure conveying in dilute or dense phase.
